Dr. Aakarsh Mahajan is a promising orthopaedic surgeon. He has hands-on experience in performing all types of knee replacement surgeries through conventional as well as robotic assistance including Total Hip Replacement (THR), Total Knee Replacement (TKR), Unicondylar Knee Replacement (UKR) aka Partial Knee Replacement. During his residency training, he developed a keen interest in Arthroplasty. 

He has done Fellowship in Joint Replacement surgery from Sunshine Hospitals, Hyderabad, Asia's Second Largest Joint Replacement Centre with over 4000 joints per year, Fellowship in Robotic joint replacement surgery using MAKO (4th Gen. - Stryker - USA) with experience in both primary and revision arthroplasty. He has also done Fellowship in Arthroscopy (keyhole surgeries), Sports Medicine and Orthobiologics.

Dr. Aakarsh Mahajan is an active member of ISHKS (Indian Society of Hip and Knee Surgeons). He is honoured with various awards for his commendable work and research. He is certified by Zimmer Biomet to perform Unicondylar Knee Replacement. Dr. Aakarsh Mahajan was a rank holder throughout his MBBS and was selected for Chancellor's medal for MS Orthopaedics. 

As a medical professional, Dr. Aakarsh has written numerous peer-reviewed papers and articles. He has attended several workshops/ training programs/ Conferences/ Trauma cadaveric workshops at leading centres of orthopaedics across the nation.
